Great service, staff were very good too make me feel special. The Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Really really close to Xiaoyaojin Park. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose hilton hefei. Don't forget to explore Shushan neighborhood...

Everything is what I need and want.

When I book in by your site, the information on the site, said the hotel has free shuttle from the hefei airport, I call 12 hour before my arrival to check with the hotel how we will get the shuttle, but the people at the hotel, told me there was no shuttle to pic us from the airport, so we had to pay 500 RNB ADDITIONAL to our room rate, in order the concierge send a driver with a car to pic us up from the airport. So ever else was ok, but next time I don't will be back to Hefei Hilton Hotel.

Staff and value

The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed during our romantic escape. the value for the price paid was good, making the experience more affordable. The room was also clean and well-maintained, improving our stay, and the hotel offered easy access to local attractions and transportation.

The facilities were not up to our expectations. The carpets were old and musty-smelling, making us feel uncomfortable, and the decor was outdated, detracting from the ambiance of the hotel.

The gym, the pool, the smiles on the workers, politeness. Very pleasant hotel.

The outside area outside the hotel is going through renovation. Its a bit not convenient to arrive to hotel, but they offer shuttle bus to ad from train station, just need to be aware to reserve it.

Slightly outdated, but ok. Restaurants close, as often in China too early.

Air Pollution is terrible in Hefei, so reduce your stay to a Minimum. Gym treadmills in not good condition (lack of proper maintanance)

the location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and downtown area. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had great amenities, such as a lovely bathroom. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the stunning view from the room. We also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. a wonderful experience.

My experience at this hotel was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool exceeded my expectations. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they fulfilled my every request promptly. the beautiful garden area was perfect for relaxation and provided a serene atmosphere.

It could have been improved with more variation and frequency.

I spent my Xmas holiday in a hotel that had an exceptional bar and fantastic artists performing. They served a breakfast with a variety of Chinese cuisine, which was awesome, and the kitchen staff were very gracious to assist with special requests. the staff were very friendly and professional, making for a pleasant stay.

The location lacked attention to detail. the area has seen better days, and many shops and businesses were closed down, leaving me with limited options for extra food and drinks.
